RMCF products produced at both our manufacturing facility in Durango, CO or in the local store from which you are ordering share equipment. Therefore we cannot guarantee that any product has not come in contact with common allergens such as: peanuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, macadamias, pecans, pistachios, walnuts, wheat, milk, egg & soy. Some products may be certified Gluten Free, Dairy Free or Kosher as designated on the product packaging and online description.
We strive to keep all of the unique, quality handmade items that RMCF is known for in stock at all times. If an item you?ve selected is unavailable at the time of order fulfillment, our associates will make a substitution as close as possible to the original requested item. Substitutions may include alternative packaging, piece size or larger quantity. The original price will be honored.
Many of our chocolate based products are temperature sensitive. We recommended keeping all items at room temperature between 68-72 degrees and away from direct sunlight to ensure that their quality and visual appeal are maintained. Third-party delivery personnel are encouraged to keep items in a temperature controlled car and/or in a cooler bag to ensure the quality of our products has been maintained.
If you need to cancel an order placed for pick-up, please contact the local RMCF store via phone that the order was placed with prior to your estimated pick-up time. If you need to cancel an order for delivery, please contact the local RMCF store via phone that the order was placed with prior to the estimated delivery time. If the order has left the store to be delivered to your designated location, you may incur delivery charges even if the order for delivery is refused or refunded. If the order has already been delivered, we are not able to cancel or refund your order.
RMCF is committed to quality and service in all of our locations. All images and descriptions of the products available for sale on this Web site are depicted as accurately as possible.
